The WP3 aims to establish digital data competences as essential cross-cutting skills for Higher Education (HE) representatives, regardless of their discipline, with a focus on Data Analysis and Artificial Intelligence. To achieve this, it proposes an innovative, structured approach to help HE educators integrate these competencies into their curricula while addressing contextual differences in topics, resources, and industry connections.

Key Objectives:

  1. Develop a modular blended learning approach, adaptable to diverse HE needs.
  2. Incorporate soft skills (e.g., problem-solving, adaptability) into learning pathways.
  3. Foster creativity & innovation using design thinking and collaborative learning.
  4. Engage HE in a Hackathon to gather real-world data and use cases for AI and Data Analysis.
  5. Train facilitators to implement the approach effectively.
  6. Pilot and refine the blended learning model through feedback loops.
  7. Enable assessment & validation of competence development.

WP3 is directly linked to WP2’s Use Case Inventory & Competence Framework and will inform WP4’s learning suite development.
