The coordinator, CNR, boasts extensive experience in managing financial and overall activities of EU-funded projects, hence leading WP1 (Project Management). It will also support the IDEAL platform development (WP4) considering its technical experience in learning technologies.

AUTH, with its vast experience in competence oriented learning and validation leads WP2 (Good Practice Inventory and Competence Needs Analysis). Also, as one of Greece's biggest Universities with a broad European network, specializes in disseminating project results and will lead dissemination.

SMART's specialization in designing, organizing, implementing, and evaluating competence-based innovative learning programs makes it the co- lead for WP3 (Blended Course) coordinating the organisation and delivery of the CPD. It will also be responsible for internal evaluation and quality assurance since it has carried out this role in several previous E+ projects.

Q21 proficiency in e-learning platforms (based on My-Vita) and online validation tools (based on LEVEL5) positions it as the lead for WP4 (Learning Suite).

UPF, having successfully coordinated piloting phases in previous EU-funded projects, leads WP5 (Implementation Strategy).

HRW will lead WP3 (blended course) considering its experience in developing learning programmes.

UNIMIB, having extensive research experience, will co-lead WP2 by coordinating the research phase and the development of the inventory.
